ReadyMix Plaster
Readymix Plaster comes with – Sand, Cement and Admixtures in the same bag, machine mixed in right proportions (separately for Internal, External and Ceiling)
ReadyMix Packaged Concrete
This comes with Sand, Cement, Course aggregates (20mm, 12mm as per specifications). It contains admixtures which add to quality and workability of the mix.
Block-Fix Mortars
We supply high strength thin bed mortar for fixing AAC Blocks (This comes in 20kg bags). We also supply block-fix mortar for traditional Concrete blocks in 40kg bags.
Multi-purpose Mortars
A unique product which can be put to multiple uses from Plumbing to Renovation. This is a DIY (Do It Yourself) product which can be used, without having to wait for any skilled labourers.
Tile Adhesive
We supply Readymix high strength Tile-Fix Adhesive for variety of tiles and natural stones. We supply adhesives for Floor tiles, Wall tiles, Tile-on-tile and also White tiles
Bagged Sand
Where there is no feasibility of purchasing truck loads of Sand, we also supply graded Sands in packaged form in 40kg bags – Plaster Sand, M-Sand, Concrete Sand etc.
Micro-Sand Manufacturing
Dry-mix mortar has become a quintessential building material product due to rapid urbanization, large format tiles, need for waterproofing and quick setting micro-crete. We at SILICAMIX manufacture all grades of micro-sand that can be directly used in all kind of sand based dry-mix mortars. We can supply sand in truck load, jumbo bag as well as 50kg sand bags.

Washed M-Sand
Washed M-Sand is Zone 2 Graded sand widely used as fine aggregate in concrete applications (M20 to M50).
Triple Wash P-Sand
Washed Plastering Sand is Zone 4 graded sand used for wall plastering as well as thin-bed block joint mortar applications.
Block & Tile Laying Sand
We supply superior grade sand that is best quality fine aggregate for finishing block work of walls and floor tiling.

What are Readymix Products
The present traditional method of construction works involves purchase of Sand, Cement separately; manually mixing them at sites as required. However, Readymix products come in the form of a single product consisting of all the required materials in the same bag, which is ready-to-use the moment it is purchased.
For example, Readymix Plaster comes with – Plaster Sand, Cement & required Admixuters in the same bag.
